[6327] APSS ISR Collection Tool Developer Support

Location: Belgium, Remote

Duties

• Manage ACO requirements for APSS commercial data integration.
• Support ACO requests and investigate/implement changes to the Collection Tool user interface.
• Investigate and resolve data-flow bottlenecks and technical issues in production environments.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements.
• Maintain documentation for the APSS Collection Tool.
• Produce periodic Collection Tool status reports covering operational/technical status, issues, metrics, risks, actions and recommendations.
• Track Collection Tool components, interfaces, collectors, repositories and scheduled jobs.
• Ensure issues and collection/processing metrics are accurately recorded, reconciled and traceable.
• Conduct trend analysis and report risks, dependencies and recommended actions.
• Maintain a continuous feedback loop with stakeholders and track deliverables/issues through a shared dashboard or tool.

Requirements

• NATO SECRET security clearance, valid for the contractual period.
• Understanding of current space capabilities, particularly space-based ISR.
• 5+ years’ experience in multi-mission planning using orbit and sensor modelling.
• Recent experience developing and operating space ISR collection tools with national and multinational clients.
• Proficiency in GIS and web map libraries.
• Experience with protocols for integrating multiple commercial ISR providers' collection capabilities.
• Excellent spoken and written English, including presentation skills, demonstrated through recent experience within the past 5 years.
• NATO and/or military experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong communication skills and a motivated, self-directed approach.
